people’s products and services, earning a commission for every resulting sale made. Many newbies don’t take the time to plan
and instead sign up for affiliate marketing program they can find. That way they end up overwhelmed and overloaded. Don’t be like them. Take your time and work through the 7 steps
that I’m going to talk about in this video if you want to set yourself up for success. Here they are: 1. Choose the Niche of Your Interest Finding a profitable niche is first and the
most important thing in order to get started with Affiliate Marketing. You don’t need to be an expert in a certain
subject to be able to talk about something in your niche. You’ll just need to find an audience who
are at the same level as you in that particular area. If you can not find the right niche to get
started with, You can try the tools like Jaaxy which is very beginner friendly and will help
you choose the right niche based on your interest. You’ll find the link in the description. 2. Find the Products You’ve Used As an affiliate marketer, you don’t have
control over the future of products that you are recommending. That’s why you need to make sure that you
are recommending the best products from reputable companies. The best way to do this is by recommending
the products and services that you have actually used. If you want to recommend a product that looks
useful, then feel free to contact them to learn more. If you ask nicely, most merchants will be
happy to offer you a free account or copy to review and test their product or service. 3. Join an Affiliate Network Affiliate networks act as a middleman between
affiliate marketers and merchants. You will notice that many products and companies
that you want to partner with already use an affiliate network. You should join affiliate networks that have
the products you want to promote. You can join multiple affiliate networks for
different products. ClickBank, Amazon Associates Program, Share
A Share and Commission Junction are some of the most popular affiliate networks that you
can join. 4. Set up Your Website If you have your own website, you can use
it as an avenue for passive earning. If you’ve your own website, You can build
your own traffic or list and brand yourself or your company over others. Nowadays is quite easy to set up a free website
using a platform like WordPress. You don’t even need to have any technical
skills in order to operate a WordPress site. You can customize the look and feel of your

and choose the one that best fits for your business. 5. Offer Valuable Content You can add affiliate links and banners anywhere
on your WordPress site. However, simply adding links will not result
in making your users to actually buy those products. You need to convince your users by offering
useful and valuable information about the product. Many affiliate marketers do that by writing
in-depth product reviews, video reviews, product comparisons with pros and cons, and more. 6. Drive Targeted Traffic You may be in the “right” niche and have a
highly desirable product, but if you’re not driving good, targeted traffic, it’s as though
your business does not exist. Even if you have only 10 visitors to your
site per day, you can be successful if they are ready and willing to buy. This is better than 500 visitors who land
on your site and immediately click away because they have no interest in what you are selling. Learn the SEO techniques and leverage the
power of social media websites like YouTube, Facebook and Twitter to drive the targeted
traffic to your website. 7. Know Your Competitors Sometimes, You really need to figure out what
your competitors are up to in order to reduce your marketing efforts for promoting the offers. The best way to check if a keyword has a lot
of competition is by going to Google or your search engine of choice. You could use an Incognito Mode so that the
results will not be affected by your personal information stored in the browser cookies. Again the tools like Jaaxy can help you find
