    I guess you can cut it like glas: sharp line with a knife along a ruler and then break it over an edge.

    If you use an exacto blade and score the lines you wanna cut, you can snap the pieces off creating a clean cut. Just make sure the scores are deep (maybe pass over with the blade 2-3 times)
