I don’t think they understand the customer very well. According to Hubspot, 47% of customers, they now read 3 to 5 pieces of content before they engage, and actually purchase a product. So what does that mean? The customers are getting smarter, which means your content has to be part of your strategy. So, even if you write the content yourself, or you want to go out there and find a really good content writer to join your team, that’s going to be a huge part of you being able to scale.
